Article- In 2001 GW Bush  withdrew from the ABM treaty, and now Trump is withdrawing from the INF treaty. Missile sites on Russia's border could be fitted with cruise  missiles armed with nuclear weapons which could launch a first strike.  Now Trump claims that Russia is violating the INF treaty by making more intermediate range missiles.  Russia and the US need to talk instead of playing oneupmanship with nuclear bombs.
