Over-Fishing Wipes Out Ocean Fish

George Monbiot in the Guardian says that governments let commercial fishing cos. wipe out fish.  he says that international fishing should be stopped, and only fishing in national waters should be allowed.  Fish conglomerates dominate the industry and governments, preventing effective regulation. link
