"I've been involved with art in one form or another since the age of 4. It all started because my Mom would entertain me with drawings of Betty Boop! After high school I went to a commercial art school but didn't graduate - I didn't want to specialize in what THEY thought I should. Since then I have a tendency to do animals (and birds) both wild and domestic. Because I'm always looking to challenge myself I don't specialize in any particular media so the ones I use are: colored pencil, watercolor, pastel, scratchboard, graphite, charcoal, ink, oil paint, gouache and combinations of as many as I can."
