Trump removes regulations that protect forests and wildlife.  His administration is limiting the consideration of wildlife. “Logging in the back country is just a gift to the timber industry.”  Forest store carbon, create water through needle condensation and shade, store water, hold onto soil, clean water, and provide food for wildlife and plants.  The big old growth trees resist fires, yet these are the ones that the "cut and run" logging companies want.
