Detroit Shut Off Water to 40,000, but Chrysler & Marathon Get Deals
Chrysler owes the water dept. $21 million in back payments, and their water was not turned off. Marathon Refinery got $ 175 million in tax breaks (partly to do the water intensive refining of toxic tar sands oil).
