Bribery by Ohio Electric Utilities- Discussion

Great discussion by former US Atty, former Ohio PUC member, and journalists about First Energy bribing the Ohio legislature and PUC Chair in order to get high rate increases and subsidies for their gas, coal, and nuclear plants. Some   speakers say that the utility should be put into bankruptcy,  have its price increases refunded to customers, be put under supervision of the Dept. of Justice or an outside law firm,   have its officers indicted and jailed, and have its Board replaced.
