Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with one of our wildlife and environmental garments, you may return it to us for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Individual Customers

Shirts can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges. The refund will come in the form you paid: credit card, PayPal, or check. Include the packing slip or a note with the order number, the purchaser’s name, address, phone number, and email. Also list the item you are returning. Write "return for refund."

Wholesale Customers

You may return current designs in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Please call to receive a return authorization. These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on customized/namedropped shirts, non-stock colors/garments, or discontinued items. Items must be in new condition.

Exchanges

Shirts can be exchanged for different sizes, colors, designs, or garments. If your new choice costs more, you will need to pay the difference. Include the packing slip or a note with the order number, the purchaser’s name, address, phone number, and email. Include a note with the item(s) you are returning, the new item(s) you want, and your address.

Please insure and track your shipment.

If there is a problem that is our fault, such as a printing error, a flaw in the shirt, or the wrong shirt sent, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.
