SET UP COSTS – CUSTOM AND CUSTOMIZING PRINTING

SCANNING

Flat Bed Scan - in house (not suitable for full color to 4-c process art): $45.00
Drum Scan – (full color to 4-c process art - art on pliable material): $65.00
Drum Scan – (full color to 4-c process art - art on non-pliable material): $105.00
The art will be photographed to 35mm slide and drum scanned

ART
$25.00 per hour / 1 hour minimum*
This includes all addition to & alteration of files, lettering additions and/or changes, file cleanup.
*Art pricing does not apply to customized name drops. All other charges will apply to customized work.

SPOT COLOR PRINTING
Art – Separations from jpg, pdf, tif, psd, corel paint, quark, word - $25.00. If colors are not spot colors
(use Pantone uncoated) in Illustrator or Corel Draw Files the $25.00 charge will apply.

Film Positives – per color
Largest Side to 6” - Solid Color $10.00 Halftone $20.00
Largest Side to 6”-12" - Solid Color $15.00 Halftone $20.00
Largest Side to 12"+ - Solid Color $20.00 Halftone $20.00

Screens - $20.00 per color

4-COLOR PROCESS SEPARATION
Color separation and film positives (4): $125.00
Additional Film: $25.00 per sheet
Creation of white underlay: $50.00 per sheet – includes art charge of $25.00 for creation of
white channel on output file.

SPOT- PROCESS (INDEX COLOR) SEPARATION
Must be created from layered photoshop (.psd) file - $25 per hour charge to create necessary layers from non .psd file).
This process can not be applied to all images and/or graphic files.
1st 4 Colors: (base white, highlight white + 2 colors)– includes separation and 4 film positives: $125.00
Additional Colors: (up to 7 total colors): $25.00 per sheet **
**Number of colors necessary depends on the color palette used – the staff of Jim Morris T-shirts reserves the right to assess the # of colors
needed for quality print results.

Screens - $20.00 per color
