Whaling I just read that the IWC will have a majority or pro-whaling countries because Japan has been bribing small countries with foreign aid to join the International Whaling Commission and to vote with Japan in favor of more whaling. Also, Japan is going to hunt humpback whales.under the loophole of claiming they are doing scientific research - their excuse for hunting minke whales- but really they sell the whale meat for human and pet food.
